Engine and prop
Franklin 220HP 6 cyl 6A-350-C1 engine TT 968 hours total, recently overhauled due to light prop strike and still as supplied from overhaul i.e. not yet re-fitted to A/C. Carb, CSU and Mags all overhauled at same time.
Brand new Hartzell prop HC-C2YF-1BF zero hours again not fitted still in suppliers wrapping.
History.
Engine & prop are from a Rallye Minerva MS894A which suffered a prop strike 3 years ago. Due to length of time standing out and static while engine was overhauled corrosion, (minor but expensive)developed in tailplane and fin.
Owner seeking to sell prop and engine and break A/C for spares, or sell whole as a project as he can't justify repair costs at this time. Estimated repair cost 6/8k
A/C TT 902hrs and generally great condition although some tired paint.
