This aircraft is in almost as new condition, has never been involved in any misshapes; and always hangerd. It comes with the full height Rudder, Roof light. New style panel in carbon fibre, electric flaps, big foot wheels (the standard main wheels are also in the sale) The larger up graded brake pads are fitted, Bendex King 111c GPS is included, almost new high torque Odyssey PC625 battery (starts in the coldest of conditions) Microair M760 with Lynx headsets, Paint is by Murray Flint (still looks like new) Total aircraft hours are 247 just a few more on engine due to ground running. I have regularly maintained the aircraft to a very high standard, it needs absolutely nothing doing to it; just flying.
Engine serial number is 1009, which has: 40mm carb, large thin fined heads and solid lifters, also fitted is the larger 3300 oil pump. It is in absolute top condition and reliable, one of the best batch to have. The weight and balance, and all paperwork are correct and up to date. A new permit is in force, all ready for the summer.
